One more step, a compact line for 3 mm thickness with simultaneous multi-format cutting.
The tilting straightener, a machine conceived to offer the highest quality of sheet straightening. Inside, 15 rollers of which 2 at the entrance and 2 at the exit superimposed, carry out the traction of the sheet. 11 straightening rollers, 5 up and 6 down. Each of them is accompanied by counter-rollers, which prevent their bending.
The tilting of the upper part of the straightener is motorized with reducers and a spindle to carry out the straightening mission.
The quick-adjust slitter is on the same bench as the straightener. The lateral module moves to allow the extraction of the cutter cylinder and thus facilitate the composition.
Cut-to-length shear with reducer or pneumatic clutch, depending on the thickness to be cut.
Designed specifically for cutting lines. Mobile desk, so that the operator has ease of movement and continuous visualization.

Savings in raw materials
The purchase of coil instead of format implies an average saving of 5% in raw material cost. We make the most of the coil length, thus wasting less material. This way, we will achieve a greater benefit for our final product.
Less Storage Space
The coils take up much less space than the traditional sheet metal format. They are comfortable to store, and their handling is agile and safe.
Higher productivity
A 1-ton 1-millimeter-thick coil is 850 meters long. With an Ekicontrol cutting line, we can cut 3-meter formats in less than an hour.
